Client FAQs
9 of 9For the ARTNCE website and client onboarding materials.
ARTNCE helps businesses curate and experience artwork within their workspaces. The process begins with understanding the space, its requirements, and the client’s preferences. ARTNCE then considers suitable artwork for the environment and coordinates the agreed placement and ongoing management under the selected service arrangement.
ARTNCE considers the nature of the workspace, available wall area, dimensions, viewing distance, visual character, client preferences, and practical display requirements. Recommendations depend on the information provided and the availability and suitability of artworks. Final selections should be confirmed with the client before placement.
Under the proposed subscription model, a client pays for an agreed artwork service over a defined period rather than necessarily purchasing each artwork outright. The subscription scope, fees, included services, term, refresh schedule, and responsibilities are set out in the client’s service agreement.
The minimum commitment period, if any, will be specified in the client’s service agreement. Clients should review the agreed term, renewal conditions, early termination requirements, and any applicable charges before subscribing.
A quarterly refresh refers to a planned review and potential change of displayed artwork at approximately three-month intervals, subject to the agreed service plan. The specific works available, scheduling, transport, installation, and removal arrangements depend on the service agreement.
A subscription or placement arrangement does not, by itself, mean that the client purchases or owns the artwork. Ownership and permitted use are governed by the applicable agreement. Any purchase or transfer of ownership must be separately agreed and documented.
Clients should share their preferences and concerns with ARTNCE as early as possible. ARTNCE can review the feedback against the original brief and discuss suitable next steps. A replacement or additional curation round should not be assumed unless it is included in the service terms.
Clients who wish to keep an artwork beyond the agreed placement period should contact ARTNCE to discuss available options. An extension or purchase may be possible only if supported by the artist’s terms, artwork availability, and ARTNCE’s commercial arrangements. Any arrangement must be confirmed in writing.
Clients should notify ARTNCE promptly if artwork is damaged, lost, or affected by an incident. Where possible, the condition and circumstances should be documented, and the artwork should not be repaired or moved without guidance unless immediate action is needed to prevent further damage. Responsibility for repair, restoration, insurance, or replacement depends on the circumstances and the agreed service terms.
Artist FAQs
9 of 9For the ARTNCE website and artist onboarding materials.
Artists can express their interest through ARTNCE’s designated onboarding channel and provide the requested profile and portfolio information. ARTNCE reviews the information to understand the artist’s work and assess its potential suitability for professional spaces. Registration and artwork selection are separate processes.
ARTNCE considers artwork that may be suitable for professional and corporate environments. Suitability depends on the work itself, its dimensions, medium, condition, presentation, documentation, and the requirements of potential client spaces. Artists should provide complete and accurate information for each submission.
ARTNCE evaluates submitted artwork against the needs of a particular client and space. Considerations may include visual character, dimensions, medium, condition, presentation, availability, client preferences, and practical installation requirements. Submission does not guarantee selection or placement.
No. Joining the artist network or submitting a portfolio does not guarantee that an artwork will be selected, recommended, or placed. Opportunities depend on client requirements, curation decisions, artwork availability, and the applicable commercial terms.
Any minimum commitment, exclusivity requirement, or notice period must be stated in the artist agreement. Artists should review the agreement’s duration, withdrawal process, and obligations for artwork already committed to a client before accepting the terms.
Compensation depends on the commercial arrangement agreed between ARTNCE and the artist. The applicable amount or revenue share, payment trigger, payment schedule, deductions, taxes, and other relevant terms must be documented in writing before an artwork is committed to a placement.
Submitting artwork or joining ARTNCE should not, by itself, be treated as a transfer of ownership. Ownership, possession, licensing, reproduction rights, and any restrictions on use must be set out in the applicable artist agreement.
The artwork’s condition should be recorded before dispatch and at relevant handover or installation stages. Any damage, loss, or maintenance concern should be reported promptly to ARTNCE. Responsibility for repair, restoration, insurance, or replacement is determined by the circumstances and the applicable agreement.
When a client’s subscription expires, the artwork becomes available for consideration by other clients, regardless of how long it was previously curated for the original client. Any return, inspection, storage, and subsequent placement must follow ARTNCE’s applicable operational procedures and the artist agreement.
